Weekend Worship

Greetings Park Place family! I hope your week has been full of God’s grace and abounding love. As Pastor Matt mentioned this last week, we will be posting the songs for Sunday morning each week on Thursday or Friday with included Youtube links for the versions of the songs being sun, as well as a link to a Spotify playlist. The goal is to have a resource for new songs being sung, different versions of songs, and some things to pray and meditate on as you listen to them in the days preceding the service. Our prayer is that we are unified as a church family in our corporate worship through these resources. 1 Corinthians 12:12 says, “Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.” We are one body, Park Place, through Christ. I get to call you my family and I am grateful for that! We thank you for your continued support in worship and the love you show our Lord Jesus through it every Sunday

Oh how we need our God! “Lord I find you in the morning, Lord I seek you everyday. Let my life be for you glory, woven in your threads of Grace.”

This week we are going to be trying this version of the classic hymn. It’s safe to say that with these videos, we won’t be singing them EXACTLY how they are but it will be very close. If you notice, there is a one beat break in between lines.
“Here I raise my Ebenezer (my commemoration of God’s help)”
Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen. He named it Ebenezer, saying, “Thus far the Lord has helped us.”
1 Samuel 7:12

3. Reign in Us- Starfield

New song, let God reign above ALL in our lives. “we cry out for your life to revive us cry out, for your love to define us, cry out

for your mercy to keep us, blameless until you return.”

We will be singing Spirit of the Living God in a more basic format, but please listen to this version by Phil Wickham and allow His Spirit to fall in a fresh and new way.
